I was low key depressed in Nov 2022 too :)

It took me 12 months to get jacked.

I spent sh*t tonne on personal training, supplements and online programs.

I’ll share everything I learned so you don’t waste time and money.

You Need to Overcome Inertia

It is so easy to get complacent. No one has food discipline anymore.

I found myself eating overeating daily (in my defense pizza is really good).

If you find yourself in this position: get a trainer.

I went to Ultimate Performance. My trainer helped me get out of my own way. I highly recommend them.

You Need to Tailor Your Diet to Your Genes

Genetics are everything. Nature dominates nurture. You play the hand you are dealt.

I am Indian. This means I likely have extremely high insulin resistance. As a result YOU GO KETO. CUT THE CARBS.
